EXCLUSIVE LINE ANSWER SERVICE
We provide a line that is answered in your Company Name or greeting as prescribed by you, we will then take details of the enquiry and alert you or your nominated contact by pager, telephone or Mobile Phone.
Alternatively we can hold a call until you ring in. For a small extra charge your responses can be mailed or faxed to you.
There is no need for your customer to know that he is speaking to an answering service, if you so desire, although if "pressed" we reserve the right to inform the caller who we are.
We can in effect act as your "Reception" and once we have established the necessity can "put through" a call to any number you require (for instance your home or a mobile ) as if it where an internal call !
